SEND

(Special Educational Needs & Disability)

All pupils in school receive quality first teaching. This means that a range of teaching and learning styles are used and appropriate challenges are set for every child within a curriculum matched to their needs.

If a child is experiencing problems which make it difficult for them to learn, make good progress or engage with daily school life, they are placed on our additional needs register. School and home will work together to plan the most appropriate kinds of provision to meet the child’s needs.

We have a highly committed and experienced inclusion team who work closely with a range of specialists.
